Just Dance: Leah Culver – “Slow Motion”

leah-culver

Following the success of her “Where Are U Now” by JACK U and “Taken Back” by Twofold remixes, Leah Culver is back with a new, original release – “Slow Motion” – just in time for the autumn season.

“This song is about the hopeless romantic inside all of us – in slow motion. I wanted to write about what it feels like to be in a relationship that takes us and traps us in time. We all know what it’s like to be with someone we know we have to let go. This song is about those stories, and how it affects us as people.” – Leah Culver on her inspiration behind “Slow Motion”

Since 2011, Leah Culver has been a dynamic presence for the dance floor, impressing her fans and peers time and time again with her multi-talents. Singer, songwriter, DJ and producer – Leah is an artist who personally cultivates her music from scratch and gives it a voice. Having performed on the stages of TomorrowWorld, Counterpoint Music Festival and Imagine Music Festival, she has garnered the support from industry heavy-hitters including Adventure Club, The Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki, Benny Benassi, Porter Robinson, Seven Lions and more.

An Atlanta native, Leah Culver carved out a local following under her original moniker, MK Ultra, and has been turning heads ever since. Whether she is playing with a live band or operating from coast to coast, Leah’s main mission is to share her musical message with the world.

Dayglow (Life in Color), known worldwide as the “World’s Largest Paint Party”, have announced their most ambitious tour to date. With a staggering 30 dates already confirmed for the “2012 The E.N.D (Electronic Never Dies) Tour”, the epic scope of this festival is second to none.

Taking the paint party to new levels of production, technology and talent, Dayglow events are meticulously designed and produced, the refined culmination of years within the now booming electronic music industry.

Events now play host to the globes most electrifying DJ talent. Names like; Sander van Doorn, Chuckie, Alesso, R3hab, Axwell, Laidback Luke, Benny Benassi and resident Dayglow DJ David Solano have all graced the stages of Dayglow in 2012. The event itself is so exciting for festival goers that ticket sales continue to skyrocket even before the names of headliners are released.

Dayglow, along with parent company Committee Entertainment, have always been a key player in the world of dance music festivals for some 10 combined years. With over 200 sold out shows already to their credit, the enormity of accomplishments and events is unmatched. The promoters have brought the festival to an international audience as well, having showcased the Dayglow experience in Poland, Australia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Canada and Ecuador.

And make no mistake about it this party IS an experience. Not content to rest on the tried and true methods of typical concert productions, Dayglow ramped things up by creating a truly immersive experience. Paint cannons blast party-goers (who are always encouraged to wear white) with spectacular colors, while LED screens create a symbiotic visual effect that permeates through to every last person within eye-shot. Performers interact from the stage and inside the massive crowd to further enhance the interactive experience between party goer and event. At Dayglow, the lines between talent and patron are permanently blurred.
