Fedde Le Grand Remixes Coldplay’s “Paradise”

With 4 number one records, countless stellar remixes, a host of breath-taking videos and 3 non-stop world tours, 2011 will go down as Fedde Le Grand’s most productive and successful year to date! In saying that however, the Dutchman has still saved the very best for last – because his undeniably luscious remix of Coldplay’s stunning “Paradise” plucked straight from the forthcoming album Mylo Xyloto, is finally upon us!
Already a huge fan of Coldplay, and having knocked up his own private edits of various masterpieces such as “Clocks” (yes, the whole world wanted that one), Fedde now officially steps up to the remix plate with what is an emotive, driving, goose-bump inducing masterpiece. Le Grand’s flawless production combined with Chris Martin’s impeccable ability to deliver the most renowned vocal make this Fedde Le Grand’s best work yet, fact!
Having premiered on Pete Tong’s radio show on Friday 14th October and with full support from Coldplay over the weekend, “Paradise” gets it’s PRE-RELEASE today!
“Paradise” is available on Toolroom Records and exclusively at Beatport. The record is not only set to be a hit at this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, where Fedde performs at both the DJMag Top 100 party and his own Annual Takeover Event; it bears the all the hallmarks of becoming another world-wide blockbuster!

Fatboy Slim vs. Moguai

He’s recently returned from a jam-packed Asian tour, he’s been churning out quality remixes for A-list superstars on what seems like a daily basis, and he is currently putting the finishing touches on his latest artist album for Mau5trap. But why would the unrelenting Moguai stop there?
Not one to rest on his laurels, the German dynamo has decided to step up his game yet another notch, this time re-working one of Fatboy Slim’s all-time big beat classics, “Ya Mama”! Staying true to Norman Cook’s original iconic vocal samples throughout, Moguai puts his own vigorous spin on proceedings, transforming Slim’s masterpiece into a frenetic, five minute bass-infused monster, to all but guarantee the masses will be “shaking what their mama gave them” till the wee hours. New Video: Fedde Le Grand – “So Much Love”

Fedde said: “Preparing my Summer Takeover tour sets, I always like to do some rework of existing tracks. One of the tracks that came by was “So Much Love To Give” by Together (aka Thomas Bangalter & DJ Falcon), which uses a sample from “Love Is Such A Wonderful Thing” by the 70’s disco act The Real Thing. That original track was embedded on one of the first funk albums I bought, and I’ve listened to it since I was about 13, which is why the “Together” version has always been such an inspiration to me. The first live reactions were great, and I’m happy to see a lot of people now look for my version of this all time classic!”
The track, released through long-time label collaborators Toolroom, is already proving to be one of the Dutchman’s biggest ever hits, and follows in the wake of Missing, Autosave and Metrum as his fourth #1 on Beatport this year alone.
2011 has now firmly cemented itself as the year of le Grand. His productions have come thick and fast since he took to his new studio in January. With his summer Takeover Tour, a residency at the world’s number 1 club Space, debut gigs at Coachella and EXIT, North and South American tours and his constant criss-crossing of the European circuit, fans and critics have been blown away by Fedde’s exhilarating energy in the mix as much as by his unbeatable prowess in the studio.

New Label: Rock It Science Labs

Rock It Science Laboratories is a fresh music label that zooms forth from one of San Francisco’s favorite 
warehouse party-maker crews turned club promoters, musicians and remixers. 
“Wiggle Room” is the first release on the Rock It Science Laboratories label. DJ Fame and Eric Sharp have all thrusters going full throttle, turning out a twister of a track.
There’s some “Wiggle Room” remixes already, too.  Two high honored cadets of the Chicago club sound, Santiago & Bushido take it on as well as Trillbass who takes us to the dark forest of Dubstep, winding us down creepy turns and shivering drops. Finally Andrew Phelan and George Cochrane make the list here as well.

Also, I’ve got a free download for ya! It’s another Groove Armada “Paper Romance” remix by the aforementioned Eric Sharp. After having a listen to a lot of remixes for “Paper Romance,” I gotta say this one’s a good one to have…especially if you’re like me and haven’t gotten sick of the song yet.
